Creating Positive Spaces for Learning and Growth
At Heath School, we recognise that every student's journey is different. Our Personalised Intervention Programme (PIP) and Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) provision offer supportive, structured environments where students can develop confidence, overcome challenges and work towards successfully engaging in education.
Our Learning Environments
Our PIP and EBSA rooms have been undergoing improvements to create welcoming, calm and purposeful spaces that support students' individual needs.
Celebrating Student Progress
Our EBSA provision focuses on supporting students who experience barriers to attending school, helping them rebuild confidence, develop positive relationships and gradually increase their engagement in learning.
Through personalised support, achievable goals and a nurturing environment, we aim to celebrate every step forward, however small.
"We are incredibly proud of the progress our EBSA and PIP students continue to make. Our EBSA students have shown fantastic resilience, extended their timetables and taken positive steps towards joining the wider school community during lessons, lunchtime and in the garden.
Through our five-day PIP intervention, students are given a calm, supportive environment to reset, build confidence and feel ready to return to their groups and continue with their learning."
