The H3 Federation
Heath School is part of the H3 Federation, together with Haverstock School and Harmood School. Established in April 2023, the federation brings together three schools with distinct identities and strengths, united by a shared commitment to providing high-quality, inclusive education and opportunities for every student to learn and grow.
Working Together
The three schools share a governing body and Executive Headteacher, while each retains its own identity, budget and Head of School.
This partnership enables us to share expertise, experience and resources, creating opportunities that extend beyond what each school could offer independently.
By working collaboratively, we are better placed to meet the diverse needs of our students while preserving the individual character and strengths of each school.
Federation Leardership
The federation is led by Executive Headteacher Nicholas John, an experienced Camden headteacher with a strong commitment to educational quality, inclusion and school improvement.
He is supported by the three Heads of School and specialist leaders in Inclusion and Safeguarding, providing a coordinated approach to leadership and supporting high standards across the federation.
Stronger Together
Heath School offers alternative provision, while Haverstock School provides mainstream secondary education alongside specialist provision and Harmood School provides specialist education.
Together, the three schools bring complementary expertise and experience, enabling greater collaboration and a more joined-up approach to supporting students with a wide range of educational needs.
For Heath, being part of the federation strengthens our ability to share expertise, develop opportunities and provide the support and encouragement our students need to thrive.
